Hey guys!

6 Ways to Rack Up TrueBlue Points

I have become OBSESSED with finding ways to travel for free or accrue loyalty points without applying for credit cards. Most travel hacking sites suggest applying for several credit cards to score free flights. The sign-up bonuses are great, but most of them require you to spend thousands of dollars before you get them. Not to mention the credit card bill. I've made it my goal to find creative ways to get free travel quickly, without applying for credit, couchsurfing, or housesitting for strangers.

JetBlue makes it so easy to unconsciously earn points. They give you opportunities to earn points doing what you do anyways.

None of these methods require you to apply for a credit card. It takes a little longer, but it's soooo worth it AND it doesn't cost you any money to reap the benefits.

1. Amazon

Do you shop at Amazon? Who doesn't? They have EVERYTHING! You can earn 3 points per dollar spent. Just sign into TrueBlue first and follow your unique link to make sure you get the credit. It usually takes 90 days to show up in your TrueBlue account.

2. Badges

I wouldn't say I'm super competitive, but I'm competitive. As soon as you join TrueBlue join Badges and link it to your social media accounts. I've made a game out of it. It updates your ranking and compares travel maps among you and your friends. You earn badges from sharing status updates (like when you achieve a new travel accomplishment) on Facebook and Twitter. They have a lot of fun badges, check them out.

3. TrueBlue Dining

Link your debit card with TrueBlue Dining. When you eat out at certain restaurants, you can earn a point for every dollar. They have a list on their site. Most of the restaurants available in my area are local places.

4. Lyft + JetBlue

As if you needed another reason to abandon Uber...

Connect your Lyft account with JetBlue. You get 100 points just for linking the accounts. Every time you use Lyft you could be earning points toward free flights...no-brainer.

5. Family Pooling

JetBlue allows you to link up with friends and family to pool your points together. You can set it to automatically send a percentage of your points to other people as you earn them. This is what you do:

Find friends who fly frequently with JetBlue, Family Pool with them, and ask them to send you 10% of their points. Then, sit back and watch the points pile up.

6. Surveys

I know taking surveys is one of everyone's least favorite thing to do. BUT Points for Surveys allows you to redeem your earnings for TrueBlue points. Commit to taking at least one survey a day. Most of them aren't even that long. I just redeemed my survey dollars for 1,000 TrueBlue points!! Check out this screen grab so you know it's real. You see the Family Pooling? Yea that's me giving my contribution to "family." Some people pay tithes, I donate frequent flyer miles. *shrug*

I really hope this helps. If you think of anything else please share.
